Saskatchewan Perinatal Health Network (formerly RPHN) is a nonprofit organization offering virtual and in-person programming to support women and birthing people experiencing or at risk of experiencing PMADs, their children, and families. SPHN currently provides free peer support; paid and subsidized clinical counselling services; healthcare navigation; public awareness initiatives; and specialized education for community groups and healthcare professionals. SPHN facilitators blend lived experience with professional training in PMADs to create safe, supportive environments for families. Virtual services are available to Saskatchewan residents; in-person services are located in Regina, SK.
